TALENTED PRIVATE CHEF NEILL ANTHONY, based in Cape Town, has been trained in kitchens of Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Wareing and other big international cooking greats, gets invited to cook in the homes of prestigious clients, socialite friends, and fun-loving acquaintances.
Transforming their dining experiences into exclusive and private dinner extravaganzas. Partnering with Okhule Media, local TV producers, has been the foundation to his successful television journey.
With his own 13-Part TV Series “Private Chef”, broadcast locally on South African television as well as on the screens of 160 countries around the globe, various networks globally have been the launch pad for his international exposure.
NEILL'S FOOD AND CHEFING philosophy embraces a sustainable, seasonal, ethical and “local is lekker” approach. While this approach has been part of his ongoing success as a private chef, his diverse list of local and international clients, has a great deal to do with his faithful and favourite suppliers who continue to supported him with an uncompromising commitment to quality!
