I've spent 10 years in Europe, honing my skills in the professional kitchens of Gordon Ramsay, Alyn Williams, Jerome Henry and Marcus Waering.

On my return to Cape Town I became a personal chef, cooking restaurant quality food for my clients in the comfort and safety of their own home.
